What we collect

• Listing details you submit: startup name, website link and tagline. These are shown publicly.
• Payment records: amount, order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by us.
• Click counts on listings. We do not track individual visitors or use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To run the leaderboard, process payments, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal obligations.

Sharing

We share payment data only with Razorpay. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Payment records are kept as required by Indian tax law. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can request access, correction or erasure of your data by writing to info@gempertsindia.com.
