Refund and Cancellation Policy

Bids are final

A bid takes effect on the leaderboard immediately after payment, so bids cannot be cancelled and are not refunded once the listing is live.

When we refund

• You were charged but your bid did not appear on the board within 24 hours.
• You were charged more than once for the same bid.
• We removed your listing for a reason other than a breach of the Rules.

How to ask

Email info@gempertsindia.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
