The service

EkNumber sells sponsored listing positions on a public leaderboard. A listing's position is set only by the total of its paid bids in the last 30 days, as described in the Rules.

What you buy

A bid buys advertising placement on this page for 30 days from payment. It does not guarantee any number of visitors, clicks, signups or sales. Another advertiser can bid more and move above you at any time.

Your listing

You must own or be authorised to promote the website you list. You are responsible for its content. We may remove listings that break the Rules or Indian law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees. Prices include applicable taxes.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the bid concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
